Job Summary We're looking for an AI Engineer who is passionate about AI, with a deep understanding and practical experience in Large Language Models (LLMs). In this pivotal role, you'll design, develop, deploy, and optimize innovative Generative AI solutions to elevate our products and services to new heights. Key Responsibilities ■LLM Application Development: Lead the development of intelligent applications leveraging LLMs, including model selection, fine-tuning, and evaluation. Design and implement Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and advanced context engineering to ensure LLMs accurately understand and handle complex tasks or workflows. You'll also build the foundational infrastructure and toolchains to support these applications. ■Data Processing: Collect, clean, transform, and analyze unstructured data. ■Deployment & Performance Optimization: Deploy AI applications to production environments and continuously monitor their performance, latency, and cost, implementing necessary optimizations. ■Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to seamlessly integrate Generative AI capabilities into products and jointly define innovative directions. ■Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Write clear technical documentation and actively share knowledge. Qualifications ■Software Engineering Proficiency: Proficient in Python, SQL, and relevant scientific computing libraries. Experience in developing both frontend and backend components, and the ability to write readable and maintainable code architecture. ■Algorithm & Data Analysis Fundamentals: Solid foundational knowledge of machine learning, statistics, and algorithms. ■Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly articulate technical concepts, and possess a data-driven mindset. ■Proactive Learning: Actively track the latest research, open-source tools, and technological trends in Generative AI, and explore applying new technologies to real-world business scenarios. Preferred Qualifications ■Generative AI Development Experience: Practical experience in developing applications using Generative AI. ■Information Retrieval Experience: Experience implementing modern retrieval systems and applying machine learning to retrieval applications. ■Machine Learning Project Experience: Participation in machine learning projects. ■Cloud Platform Experience: Familiarity with AI/ML services on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
