【Main Responsibilities】 1. Proactively identify new assets, companies, and areas of innovation through industry and academic networks. 2. Drive and coordinate the full process of asset scouting, scientific and commercial evaluation, and due diligence. 3. Focus on clinical- to late-stage and commercial-stage opportunities, particularly in oncology, hematology, autoimmune, inflammation, respiratory, cardiovascular, CNS, urology, and gastroenterology. 4. Analyze and present key risks and competitive landscapes in an unbiased manner to management. 5. Collaborate with the broader Business Development team to support transactions and alliance management, ensuring smooth handover and integration. 6. Track and report progress of opportunities through internal databases and business development dashboards. 7. Continuously monitor global trends in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industries to maintain an up-to-date competitive intelligence database. 【Requirements】 • Minimum 5 years of experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry. • Good project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. • Good interpersonal and intercultural skills, with ability to drive and motivate cross-functional teams.
