• Define long-term account aspirations and strategy; set short-term goals to drive impact and establish measurable metrics to track progress. • Gain deep understanding of key accounts, including stakeholders and their priorities. Build strong relationships and collaborate closely with the INFICON team to achieve strategic goals. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key account customers in the northern Taiwan region. • Regularly collect and update customer feedback, as well as market and competitor insights. • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within key accounts, driving revenue growth. • Structure profitable and equitable deals for INFICON that align with corporate strategy, increasing both market share and profitability.

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a science or engineering-related field. • Preferably at least 3 years of sales or marketing experience in the semiconductor or memory manufacturing industry. • Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, listening, and speaking); TOEIC score of 750 or higher is preferred. • Self-motivated and capable of working independently; strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Willing to take on challenging goals and committed to delivering results. • An autobiography in both Chinese and English is requested.
