【Experience】 Minimum of 8 years of experience in general management, sales, or operations. Prior experience in industrial hardware, SaaS, IoT, or industrial PC-related industries is a strong plus. 【India Market Experience】 Familiarity with the Indian manufacturing or industrial equipment market is preferred. Experience in sales or business development roles within India is highly desirable. 【Leadership & Team Management】 Proven ability to build and motivate local teams. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills. Solid experience managing P&L, budgeting, and KPIs. 【Business & Product Insight】 Well-versed in the hardware product development lifecycle, market positioning, channel strategy, and solution implementation processes. 【Educational Background】 Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Engineering, or related fields. Strong cross-cultural communication and stress management skills. 【Willingness to Relocate】 Priority will be given to candidates currently residing in Taiwan and willing to be assigned long-term to India. This requirement is based on the need for at least six months of initial training at the Taiwan headquarters, depending on training performance.
