We are hiring a Digital Commerce & Inventory Manager to run daily operations across Amazon and DTC (Shopify) channels. You will own execution, inventory planning, and channel performance, working closely with cross-functional teams and leading a small support team. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, execution-focused, and accountable for results. Key Responsibilities: 1. Channel Ownership & Execution • Own all operational aspects of the Amazon and DTC (Shopify) channels, ensuring clean execution across pricing, catalog, content, and inventory • Execute promotions, product launches, and merchandising updates in close alignment with the marketing calendar • Proactively identify and resolve issues related to product availability, pricing discrepancies, or campaign misalignment • Maintain channel integrity with minimal oversight, escalating only when strategic input is required 2. Inventory Planning & Sales Forecasting • Build and maintain channel-level sales forecasts by SKU on a weekly, monthly, and seasonal basis • Recommend inventory splits, replenishment strategies, and allocation adjustments to support planned demand • Monitor sell-through, aging stock, and availability to inform bundling, liquidation, or reallocation decisions • Identify and recommend DTC-exclusive, Amazon-only, or bundled product strategies to drive margin and inventory efficiency • Process/review the orders regularly to ensure a smooth order flow 3. Contribution Margin & Channel Performance • Monitor and interpret key channel KPIs, including contribution margin, ROAS (in collaboration with marketing), inventory turnover, and sell-through • Make tactical decisions to optimize pricing, promotions, and inventory flow based on performance data • Maintain internal dashboards and prepare regular performance summaries for leadership 4. Operational Process Improvement • Continuously evaluate and improve internal workflows for forecasting, product setup, and promotional execution • Recommend and implement changes to improve accuracy, speed, and coordination across teams 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with marketing, supply chain, finance, and product teams to align inventory and execution with broader business goals • Coordinate product launch timelines, inventory readiness, and promotional calendars • Act as the primary operational point of contact for all Amazon and DTC executional workflows 6. Team Management • Manage and mentor a small team focused on inventory coordination and catalog execution • Ensure executional accuracy across listings, promotions, and product availability • Support the development of junior team members and drive accountability within the function

• 4–7 years of experience in eCommerce, with direct responsibility for Amazon and DTC channels • Strong hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon Vendor & Seller Central, and digital merchandising • Skilled in forecasting, pricing strategy, and channel performance optimization • Proficient in Excel, Tableau, SAP, Amazon Ads, and relevant analytics tools • Demonstrated ability to make data-backed decisions independently and execute with high accuracy • Experience managing or mentoring junior team members • Excellent cross-functional communication and organizational skills
