Responsibilities - Work closely with the ID team to get the products to market on time - Verify the functionality/assembly/reliability of the prototype - Design 2D/3D and establish relevant documents  - Cooperate with Tooling/Manufacturing/Mech.Sourcer/Hardware/RF/Antenna Engineer to drive the project moving forward - Track schedule in tooling/pilot run/pre-production - Secure products on quality/cost/UX experience - Analysis of competitors’ products Minimum Qualifications - BS in Mechanical or Equivalent  - 7+ years of experience in Mechanical Design (sheet metal, plastics, castings, CNC) - Specializes in waterproof/compact system design - Thrive in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment with a proactive mindset - Demonstrate strong emotional intelligence and effective interpersonal skills - Maintain focus and clarity under challenges with a solution-oriented approach - Experience in products related to Outdoor Doorbell,  Smart Electronic Locks, Keypad Biometric Access Control Device  Preferred Qualifications - Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering - Experience in injection molding/sheet metal/ die casting “Design” - Fluently speaks English, good at writing/listening/reading  - Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams Benefits - International work environment and collaboration with global development teams - Excellent work conditions - Competitive package: great pay, perks, and benefits - Group insurance and health coverage - Flexible working hours and patterns - Complimentary drinks and snacks at the office
