LLT-Manufacturing Test Platform Manager

As a manager of Manufacturing Test Platform, you will lead a team to take ownership of platform and infrastructure management as development in a global manufacturing test environment. This role will oversee the end-to-end design and deployment of cluster platforms, software systems, and manufacturing test infrastructure network. 1. Manage and mentor the team in cluster platform and software system design, development, and deployment; set expectations and track progress 2. Oversee the design of manufacturing test infrastructure; define strategic direction and implementation plans. 3. Act as technical expert in issue resolution, provide leadership in technical leadership in failure analysis, and drive cross-team communication. 4. Lead the team to align with company objectives and continuously optimize processes.
