工作說明: 1. 統籌印尼廠區進出口關務策略:負責全廠進出口報關、船務安排、保稅帳務管理,確保流程合規、高效,並符合集團政策。 2. 保稅工廠營運與管理:主導印尼廠保稅料件合同、進出倉帳務平衡、海關年度盤點與核銷作業,並持續優化系統。 3. 供應商與外部單位協調:管理與評估報關行、貨運承攬商(Forwarder),並作為主要窗口與印尼海關、稅務等政府單位溝通協調。 4. 法規遵循與風險控管:密切追蹤印尼最新關務、稅務法規,預防潛在風險,並主導海關稽核的應對與準備工作。 5. 團隊管理與培訓:領導並培訓印尼當地關務團隊,建立標準作業流程(SOP),提升團隊專業能力與作業效率。 Key Responsibilities 1. Customs Strategy & Operations: Oversee the customs strategy for the Indonesia plant, managing all import/export clearance, shipping arrangements, and bonded account management to ensure processes are compliant, efficient, and aligned with corporate policies. 2. Bonded Factory Management: Direct the operational management of the bonded factory, including overseeing bonded material contracts, inventory reconciliation, annual customs stock-taking, and write-off procedures, while driving continuous system improvements. 3. External Party & Vendor Coordination: Manage and evaluate the performance of customs brokers and freight forwarders. Serve as the primary liaison for coordination with government bodies, including Indonesian Customs and tax authorities. 4. Compliance & Risk Control: Ensure regulatory compliance by closely monitoring updates to Indonesian customs and tax laws, proactively mitigating potential risks, and leading the preparation for and response to customs audits. 5. Team Leadership & Development: Lead, train, and develop the local customs team. Establish and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance the team's professional capabilities and operational efficiency.
