Integration Engineer 整合工程師 - IMS

About this opportunity: Ericsson is seeking an IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem) Integration Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with multiple telecom operator customers to support project delivery and provide ongoing customer support. You will be responsible for the integration, testing, and deployment of IMS-related solutions within customer networks, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. What you will do: • Collaborate with internal teams and telecom customers to deliver IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem) solutions according to project timelines and requirements. • Integrate and configure IMS components such as Application Server (MTAS), CSCF, SBC, and MRF into customer environments. • Perform system validation, call testing, and troubleshooting during deployment and post-deployment phases. • Provide day-to-day technical support to customers, including issue analysis, resolution, and escalation when necessary. • Participate in customer meetings, status updates, and technical discussions as required. The skills you bring: • 3+ years of experience in telecom or similar industry • Experience with telecom systems integration, specifically involving IMS architecture and VoIP technologies, is a strong plus. • Dynamic and self-driven professional attitude with Mobile Network technology expertise • Excellence in teamwork and communication. • Hands-on experience with Linux-based systems and scripting (e.g., Bash, Python). • Knowledge of cloud-native architecture (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker) is an advantage.
