職務概要： 作為自動駕駛系統的產品經理，你將連結市場需求、實際運營數據與系統測試驗證三大關鍵環節，推動公司自動駕駛解決方案從概念到落地，實現技術與場景價值的結合。這是一個需要跨部門協作、結合商業與技術洞察的角色，將直接影響產品的市場競爭力與落地成效。 工作職責： –產品策略與規劃 •與業務、運營及技術團隊合作，制定產品願景與中長期策略 •定義目標市場、應用場景與使用者需求 •建立產品路線圖（Roadmap），並與技術開發計劃對齊 –產品文件管理與測試驗證 •管理產品技術文件與操作適用範圍（Operational Design Domain, ODD） •參考國際標準，制定驗證指標 •規劃產品上線前的測試計劃 –跨部門協作 •與研發團隊協調，確保開發成果符合產品價值與市場需求 •與運營團隊規劃場域測試，確保資料收集與分析順利進行 •與業務團隊合作，支持產品商業化與客戶溝通 –專案推進與資源管理 •管控產品開發專案的進度，協調風險與資源分配 •收集並分析測試場域、示範運營數據與客戶反饋 任職要求： •2 年以上產品經理或專案管理相關經驗 •熟悉軟體開發流程或系統工程 •優秀的跨部門溝通與協調能力 •能將技術語言轉化為商業與使用者價值 •良好的數據分析與市場研究能力 •熟悉產品需求文件撰寫與用戶旅程設計 •良好的中英文溝通與書寫能力 加分項目： •有自動駕駛、智慧交通、車載系統、機器人、自動化產業經驗者優先 •具備國際合作專案或海外市場推進經驗 Job Summary： As a Product Manager for autonomous driving systems, you will connect three critical pillars: market needs, real-world operational data, and system testing & validation. You will drive the company’s autonomous driving solutions from concept to deployment, ensuring the integration of technology and real-world application value. This role requires cross-functional collaboration and a blend of business acumen with technical insight, directly influencing product competitiveness and market success. Responsibilities： –Product Strategy & Planning •Collaborate with business, operations, and technical teams to define product vision and mid-to-long-term strategy •Identify target markets, application scenarios, and user needs •Build and maintain the product roadmap in alignment with the technical development plan –Product Documentation & Testing/Validation •Manage product technical documentation and Operational Design Domain (ODD) definitions •Define validation metrics based on international standards •Develop pre-launch testing and verification plans –Cross-Functional Collaboration •Coordinate with R&D teams to ensure deliverables align with product value and market needs •Work with operations teams to plan field tests, ensuring smooth data collection and analysis •Partner with business teams to support commercialization and client engagement –Market & Competitive Analysis •Track autonomous driving industry trends and competitor activities •Analyze the impact of technology and market developments on product strategy Project Execution & Resource Management •Oversee progress of product development projects, managing risks and resource allocation •Gather and analyze data from testing sites, pilot operations, and customer feedback Qualifications： –Education •Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Transportation, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields preferred –Experience •2+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in project management •Familiarity with software development processes or systems engineering Skills •Excellent cross-functional communication and coordination skills •Ability to translate technical concepts into business and user value •Strong analytical skills in data and market research •Proficiency in writing product requirement documents (PRD) and designing user journeys •Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English Preferred Qualifications： •Experience in autonomous driving, intelligent transportation, in-vehicle systems, robotics, or automation industries •Experience in international collaboration projects or overseas market expansion
