Job Description 1.Translate clients' business objectives into effective media strategies and actionable plans. 2.Lead the team to deliver high-quality service and performance to clients. 3.Supervise and ensure the quality of comprehensive annual and campaign-level media plans. 4.Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders to ensure long-term satisfaction. 5.Deliver persuasive presentations and confidently address client inquiries or concerns. 6.Identify new opportunities and convert them into media recommendations, including innovative ideas and new vendor products. 7.Foster a strong team spirit and nurture leadership capabilities within the team. 8.Lead new business pitches with strategic and creative media solutions. 9.Take ownership of internal company activities and cross-functional initiatives. 10.Develop and implement showcase strategies to demonstrate agency capabilities. 11.Conduct professional training sessions to upskill internal teams. 12.Effectively manage and optimize client profitability structures. Requirements 1.Bachelor’s degree or above in media agency, or related field. 2.8+ years of experience in media planning, strategy, or client service roles within an advertising or media agency. 3.Proven ability to develop and execute integrated media strategies across offline and digital platforms. 4.Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams and mentoring junior staff. 5.Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and act as a strategic partner. 6.Skilled in creating and delivering compelling presentations, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly. 7.Experience working with media vendors and ability to bring innovation and new opportunities into planning. 8.Strong business acumen with a focus on budget management and client profitability. 9.Experience in new business development and pitching. 10.Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written). 11.Proficient in media tools and systems (e.g. Nielsen, Google tools, or other media research platforms). 12.A proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
