工作內容

• Lead a BMC firmware team in delivering secure, reliable, and high-performance OpenBMC-based solutions across multiple server platforms. • Represent the BMC team in cross-functional planning, customer discussions, and executive updates. • Collaborate with BIOS and other BMC function teams to define and implement new BMC features. • Oversee CVE remediation, secure boot, attestation, and signed firmware update processes. • Drive firmware architecture improvements, API design, and scalability enhancements. • Establish and enforce development best practices, including code reviews, static analysis, and automated testing. • Manage project schedules, risks, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with product requirements and customer needs.

1. Proven leadership in embedded or firmware development teams, with a track record of delivering production firmware. 2. Strong knowledge of BMC or embedded Linux (Yocto/OpenBMC) firmware development. 3. Proficiency in C/C++, with familiarity in Python, Go, or shell scripting as a plus. 4. Experience with server manageability standards (IPMI, Redfish, PLDM, MCTP) and related protocols. 5. Understanding of firmware security best practices, CVE mitigation, and vulnerability assessment. 6. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-team collaboration skills.
