Job Summary We are seeking a highly capable and self-driven Enterprise Application professional at the Senior Specialist to Manager level to take ownership of our ERP system – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central – and serve as the Project Manager for various cross-functional system initiatives. This role requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of business processes, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with external consultants and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities ■ Maintain and support the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP system. ■ Lead and manage system-related projects across departments, including Finance, Order Management, Logistics, and Sales Operations, ensuring effective coordination and execution. ■ Act as a key liaison between internal users and external consultants: gather, consolidate, and analyze internal requirements to ensure clear and efficient communication with solution providers. ■ Evaluate business needs and recommend cost-effective solutions that minimize company resource consumption while meeting project goals. ■ Single-handedly handle basic ERP troubleshooting and configuration tasks ■ Oversee and support the integration among ERP ,CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and TLM(Gen Key system) to ensure smooth data flow and system consistency. ■ Collaborate with relevant teams to evaluate and implement external databases and BI tools for customized reporting and logical computation (e.g., ACV, ARR), based on ERP sales data
