【Job Overview】 We’re hiring a Senior Content Specialist with strong thought leadership writing skills and a sharp editorial instinct. In this role, you’ll help translate complex ideas often in the healthcare, pharma, or tech space into clear, engaging stories across platforms: executive articles, feature stories, corporate messaging, and more. You’ll work closely with various departments and leaderships to build a compelling narrative that reflects SHL Medical’s voice and values. We value clarity, creativity, and story-driven writing that connect technical concepts with real-world impact. 【Main Responsibilities】 ‧ Craft and edit high-quality content for internal and external audiences: blog posts, press releases, corporate articles, and social media ‧ Lead and shape thought leadership narratives in areas such as patient-centric innovation, drug delivery, and manufacturing ‧ Partner with SMEs, regulatory, and commercial teams to refine complex topics ‧ Contribute to content planning, voice and tone development, and messaging alignment ‧ Mentor junior writers and uphold editorial standards 【Required Skills & Qualifications】 ‧ Fluency in English and Chinese (Simplified or Traditional) ‧ 3–5+ years of experience in communications, content, PR, or marketing writing ‧ Proven ability to write thought leadership content that’s clear, credible, and compelling ‧ Ability to adapt tone based on audience (B2B, internal, technical, or creative) ‧ Understanding of SEO writing principles and basic content performance metrics ‧ Strong attention to detail, deadline discipline, and a self-starter attitude ‧ Collaborative and resourceful: you’re comfortable navigating cross-functional input with minimal handholding ‧ Familiarity with pharma, MedTech, or regulated industries is a plus

【Writing test】 GLP-1 receptor agonists (GLP-1 RAs) have become a major focus in cardiometabolic care, with growing interest in their use for type 2 diabetes, obesity, and potentially cardiovascular outcomes. As this drug class expands globally, self-injection devices must meet the rising expectations of both patients and pharma developers. SHL Medical develops autoinjectors for a wide range of injectable therapies, including those used in cardiometabolic care. This writing assignment asks you to explore how device design plays a role in the adoption and delivery of GLP-1 RA therapies. Please create two pieces of content (600–800 words each) 1. Internal Thought Leadership Article Audience: SHL Medical internal employees Tone: Strategic, engaging, moderately technical Purpose: • Share insights about the rise of GLP-1 RAs in cardiometabolic care • Highlight key challenges/opportunities for device programs supporting these therapies • Encourage alignment or further discussion internally 2. External Blog Article / Website Feature Audience: Pharma professionals Tone: Informed, outward-facing, accessible but industry-savvy Purpose: • Position SHL as a thoughtful, forward-looking partner in cardiometabolic care • Address how autoinjector platforms can support user needs, pharma strategy, and scalability in GLP-1 RA delivery • Demonstrate thought leadership without overt promotion Bonus (Optional): Provide a short summary of either article (100–150 words) in Traditional Chinese or Simplified Chinese.
