1. 規劃與管理公司資金運用,確保資金流動性與穩定性。 Plan and manage company cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability. 2. 製作及分析財務報表,提供管理層決策依據。 Prepare and analyze financial reports to support management decisions. 3. 負責年度與月度預算編製、執行與差異分析。 Prepare annual and monthly budgets, monitor execution, and conduct variance analysis. 4. 管理融資、授信及與銀行、投資機構的往來事宜。 Manage financing, credit facilities, and relationships with banks and investment institutions. 5. 執行成本控制與資金配置計畫,提高資金運用效益。 Implement cost control and fund allocation plans to optimize financial efficiency. 6. 分析與管理匯率、利率及其他財務風險。 Analyze and manage exchange rate, interest rate, and other financial risks. 7. 準備投資評估與財務可行性分析報告。 Prepare investment evaluations and financial feasibility reports. 8. 支援稅務與審計相關資料的準備(與會計部門合作)。 Support tax and audit documentation in collaboration with the accounting department. 9. 主管交辦的其他財務相關任務。 Perform other finance-related tasks assigned by management.
