Teamson is seeking a passionate individual to join our Business & Technology Solutions Team as a Senior Developer. This role is for an individual with significant experience and expertise in programming, software design, and architecture. This person will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications, while also providing guidance and mentorship to other Teamson team members. This person will need deep experience in developing for EDI and API connections. They will play a key role in strategic decisions about technology and architecture, ensuring projects meet quality, performance, and security standards. Key Responsibilities: • Design and Development: Design and implement software solutions, working with various programming languages and frameworks. Proficient in Python, Json and Java a plus. • Code Review and Guidance: Review code, provide feedback, fostering a culture of best practices. • Problem-Solving: Be adept at identifying and resolving complex technical issues and bugs. • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to understand requirements and ensure alignment. • Technical Leadership: Lead projects, manage teams, and make technical decisions, influencing the overall direction of software development. • Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies. • Communication and Documentation: Communicate technical information clearly and concisely, creating documentation and technical specifications.

Requirements and Skills • 3+ years of experience in building applications • Strong background in both relational and non-relational databases, with proficiency in SQL • Ability to select and use the most appropriate tools, technologies, and languages for the job (Python, Json) • Team-oriented, with a willingness to work as part of a collaborative environment • Skilled in software testing methodologies • A relevant B.Sc./B.A. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
