This role is essential to ensuring smooth supply chain operations for our technical teams, from ordering and receiving small parts to maintaining accurate inventory records using our digital inventory management software. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in warehouse logistics, and capable of managing both operational and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: ●Order and receive small technical parts and components for the engineering and technical teams. ●Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, including coordination with suppliers and logistics companies. ●Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in our digital inventory management system. ●Organize and optimize warehouse layout for efficiency, safety, and accessibility. ●Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies. ●Monitor warehouse conditions, ensuring cleanliness, waste disposal, and compliance with safety regulations. ●Coordinate office organization, including supplies management and work area tidiness. ●Manage facility-related needs such as cleaning schedules, trash removal, and security measures. ●Oversee equipment maintenance and report issues promptly. ●Support occasional urgent or special procurement needs for project deadlines.
