IT Application Developer

IT Application team is seeking an IT Application Developer to work on Advantest applications developed using Java, MS .Net C#, and related programming languages. Proficiency in MSSQL database is required. Key Responsibilities • Develop, test, document, implement, and deploy changes for Mobile Apps and boundary applications, in compliance with IT policies and processes. • Design and implement application solutions aligned with business requirements. • Develop and enhance both web and cross-platform mobile applications (Flutter/Dart). • Review business requirements, participate in analysis, design, coding, and testing. • Produce written test cases for new development and system enhancements. • Perform maintenance coding (bug fixes) on existing Advantest applications. • Analyze and resolve application support issues; provide technical support and troubleshooting for business and mobile applications. • Handle user support, application maintenance, reporting, and troubleshooting of functional issues. • Collaborate with IT Service Lead, business users, and external vendors for development, incident management, requirements, and change management. • Analyze interfaces and integration points; perform root-cause analysis and propose process/system improvements. • Manage assigned projects, ensure timely deliverables, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Technical Skills 1. Programming & Frameworks: • Java, MS .Net C#, Python, Flutter (Dart) • Django, Spring Boot • REST API design principles and versioning strategies 2. Frontend Technologies: • Vue.js or React (componentization, state management, API contracts) 3. Database & Data Processing: • Strong MSSQL DB experience and maintenance • SQL, PL/SQL • ETL concepts and SQL fundamentals 4. System & Deployment: • Nginx, Tomcat, Windows Server • Incident triage and root-cause analysis 5. Software Development Practices: • Full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and system design • Ability to communicate solutions with architecture diagrams and design documentation Additional Skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications. • Good project management capabilities, able to deliver under constraints. • Effective stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration.
