[Job Description] 1. Technical sales Position 2. Support for CQE , SQE Engineers 3. Customer support 4. Semiconductor back-end process experience (Preferred) 5. Chemical (plastic resin) process experience(Preferred) 6. Communication with multiple internal teams for further quality process 7. Improve quality process and reduce the cycle time 8. Customer Complain reject samples validation [Job Requirement] 1. Excellent in MS office tools (Microsoft Excel, Power point, Word) 2. Quality management experience, including 8D, 5why and QC tool knowledge 3. Proactive attitude in communication with interpersonal skill 4. Good teamwork player 5. Foreign language skills English (mandatory) 6. Interested in Quality area (preferred) 7. Be able to work independently and highly self-motivated. 誠徵：技術銷售與品質支援工程師 (半導體產業) - 台灣區 我們正在尋找一位積極主動、具備技術背景的專業人才，加入我們在台北市大安區的團隊，共同拓展半導體市場並提升客戶服務品質。 職位說明： 1. 技術銷售： 負責產品的技術推廣與銷售，提供客戶專業諮詢 了解客戶需求，並提供符合其技術要求的解決方案 2. 品質支援： 支援客戶品質工程師(CQE)及供應商品質工程師(SQE)，確保產品與服務符合客戶期待 協助處理客戶品質客訴案件，包含退貨樣品驗證與分析 與內部跨部門團隊緊密溝通協調，優化品質流程 持續改進品質管理流程，有效縮短週期時間 3. 客戶關係維護： 提供卓越的客戶支援服務，建立並維繫良好的客戶關係 職位要求： 1. 技能與經驗： 精通 Microsoft Office 系列軟體 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) 具備品質管理實務經驗，熟悉 8D、5 Why 等問題解決工具及其他品質管制工具知識 具備半導體後段製程經驗者優先考慮 具備化學(塑膠樹脂)製程經驗者優先考慮 2. 個人特質： 積極主動、樂於溝通，並具備良好的人際互動技巧 具備高度的團隊合作精神，樂於協助他人並共同達成目標 能夠獨立作業，具備高度的自我驅動能力 對品質管理領域抱持熱情與興趣者尤佳 3. 語言能力： 英文聽說讀寫流利 (必要條件) 期待您的加入，與我們一同成長！
