Experience Minimum 3-5 years experience in social media communication, performance marketing and brand communication functions. Experience in full funnel media planning especially on lead generation is a must. Personal Skills • Analytical and critical thinking • Teamwork spirit • Creative and innovative mindset • Demonstrated ability in agency management and cross-functional collaboration Specific knowledge • Ability to lead agencies and manage end-to-end brand communication campaigns, from strategy and KPI setting to message development and creative delivery • Familiarity with Meta, Google, and programmatic advertising investment strategy and operations • Stay up to date with new features, algorithm changes, and the latest trends on social media platforms, proactively proposing innovative applications and marketing initiatives. • Proficient in using tools such as GA4 to monitor and analyze performance, transforming data into actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
