70366_MRO Service and Program Lead (Taichung)

Day to Day Responsibilities: • Strategically source facility operation related service with pre-defined SOW using output as measurement, managed by ADM department (cleaning service, landscaping service, pest control service, shuttle bus service, canteen service or total outsourced facility management service etc.) • Strategically source Critical Facility maintenance & repair service (DTAP system, HVAC system, Fire system, HV Power supply, Elevator, CDA etc.) • Strategically source process equipment maintenance & repair service • Strategically source the 3rd party equipment and system calibration and inspection service • Strategically source the mobile equipment maintenance or leasing service • Develop and manage MRO service program with plant users and suppliers. • Co-work with Capital / BSM and GSM team for synergy projects.
