PQA is responsible for developing process design, monitoring systems and procedures to ensure that manufacturing processes consistently produce high-quality products. Their role is proactive, aiming to build quality into the process from the start rather than just inspecting products at the end. 1. Support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects and ensure timely completion of deliverables in process quality validation. 2. Identify critical process parameters and product characteristics into process design validation and quality control. 3. Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases. 4. Conduct FMEA to systematically identify and mitigate potential risks within a process. 5. Use statistical methods like SPC and DOE to collect and analyze production data. The goal is to monitor process stability, identify trends, and trace the root causes of defects to implement corrective actions.

• A solid understanding of manufacturing processes relevant to their industry (e.g., electronics, automotive, AI infrastructure). • Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., Minitab) and a deep understanding of statistical tools like SPC, DOE, and Measurement System Analysis (MSA). • Expertise in problem-solving methodologies and quality tools, such as the Ishikawa (Fishbone) diagram and the 5 Whys. • The ability to effectively communicate with different teams and drive quality initiatives and build a culture of continuous improvement. • Bachelor’s engineering degree, or equivalent experience. • Preference 3+ years of experience in electronic manufacturing. • Proven experience as a PQA or in a similar role. • Candidates with work experience in Thailand are a plus. • Willing to accept a long-term assignment in Thailand
