Visitor Reception •Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner. •Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to visitors. Mail & Package Handling •Handle daily incoming and outgoing mail and packages. •Regularly go to the post office to send company letters and packages. •Provide general administrative support (e.g., photocopying, organizing documents). Administration supports •Provide administrative support to associates. •Support employee relations activities in site; assist in compliance of HR policy and documentation. •Support other site activities as required.
