-運用 MRP 與相關系統，維護正確資料並處理異常問題。 -規劃並執行供應商至產線的物料交付流程，確保時效。 -依需求確認物料交期 (ETD/ETA)，並配合工單發料。 -追蹤物料庫存，管理呆滯料並進行改善，避免資源閒置。 -即時掌握物料供應狀況，確保工單順利進行。 -協調供應商提前交貨，支援生產需求。 - Maintain & utilize MRP & IT systems that are in place and ensure that data is accurate and resolve any issues that required. - Plan, develop, implement and evaluate processes for material delivery from supplier to point of fit - Material delivery date sponsor, confirm ETD/ETA date within requested lead time - Raw Materials goods issued to Work Order - Material inventory monitoring and slow moving management, trouble shooting and debottleneck, act as coordinator to achieve no major idle or slow moving materials - Monitoring material supply status to make sure Work Order smoothly running - Pull-in materials from suppliers to meet production need
