招聘崗位介紹 ※入職第一年9天年假起跳,0700-1600,1600-2400 1. 擔任駐點廠務 負責駐點廠務及辦公室機電設施管理 2. 訓練中心及總部廠務系統管理包括HVAC 、電力、PCW、消防等 3. 辦公室機電設備廠商管理及巡檢查核 4. 廠務供應/施工商尋找及報價整合 5. 廠務設備效能評估及辦理改善或設備汰換提案 6. 廠務修繕或設備汰換專案進度控管及界面協調 7. 找出廠務管理現場問題,改善排除,並提出預防對策之能力 Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications 1. 具備二年以上辦公室機電或空調及消防等多領域維運經驗 2. 一年以上無塵室廠務設備維護經驗尤佳 3. 有責任心、工作及服務熱誠、能與團隊共同合作、抗壓性強 4. 基本電腦操作及簡報能力
月薪50,000~55,000元
(固定或變動薪資因個人資歷或績效而異)不拘
1. 三年以上廠區機電、空調相關工作經驗。 2. 能夠團隊合作者。
