Join our team and become the bridge between data, product, and decision-making, helping us continuously push our product forward! 【What You'll Do】 •Analyze product feasibility and business impact to provide decision support and ensure successful project delivery. •Handle data preprocessing and feature engineering to support model development and analysis. •Work closely with the Data team to translate business needs into actionable insights and turn model results into business value. •Partner with Product Owners and developers to drive product implementation. •Prepare reports and presentations to communicate progress and outcomes to executives and stakeholders. •Identify product issues and opportunities through data, propose optimization plans, and track performance to improve user experience. •Design and execute A/B tests, build experimental frameworks, and support iterative improvements. •Develop user segmentation and behavioral models to predict trends and propose growth strategies. •Build self-service analytics tools and dashboards to promote a data-driven culture.
