[Job Description] The role holder is responsible for achieving high level of quality and integrity of developed software/hardware modules or products by assisting in tests and evaluations. [Key Accountabilities] -Qualification & Test: Conduct tests on a variety of products and solutions, including hardware, software, operating systems, BMC (mainly focus) and BIOS(if applicable), based on internal specifications and methodologies. -Documentation: Provide detailed test record of test results in line with requirements. -Technical Expertise: Stay updated with current product and solution knowledge to maintain professional expertise in the field. -Process Improvement: Improve test specifications and process descriptions to optimize QA procedures. [Key Responsibilities] -Achieve targeted product quality standards. -Identify, narrow down issues and verify solutions to problems. -Implement processes, guidelines and procedures effectively. -Foster good communication and positive team work. -Continuously develop skills in various areas in accordance with market/industry developments, expanding breadth and depth of knowledge.
