Product management - Promote and sell the organization's products within IAM and OES. - As product experts who deliver product competitiveness to contribute trade marketing excellence. - Product Management, including PN PI/PO, price management, promotion strategy and execution. - Ensure Knee Joint excellence between BU and RO; perform as regional product expertise, creating product competitiveness based on product knowhow & marketing knowledge; - Understand market and competitors via frequent customer visit and coop with sales team and related stakeholders. SMS - Satisfy customers by providing attractive customer solutions; high customer orientation with go to market focus - Support of sales force; Agree with the sales team and customers on promotion and campaigns in conjunction (product specific content for communication) - Create Product Plan of activity; Hold specific product training and do the internal product training for sales specific for both 1st and 2nd TL; - Responsible for business ( turnover and GM0) with assigned product groups (follow-up w/ KPI) - Define positioning of product line (specification and pricing) by distribution channel. - Work with sales team to develop business plan for focus customers to achieve the set target. Communication - Develop brand communication strategies together with marketing manager to enhance company brand awareness, interest and position. - Define marketing communication goals, objectives and KPIs. Regular track progress, effectiveness and performance. - Responsible for performance evaluation of agencies.

- Bachelor degree or above in product management or in communication/marketing area - Minimum 3 years working experience in the relevant industries - Channel management/sales/marketing/communication agency experience is preferred - Experience with serving B2B clients is also acceptable - Strong team player, pro-active, flexible, self-motivated, willing to take additional responsibilities, entrepreneurship, ability to influence, able to work under pressure, analytical and intellectual competency - Good written and verbal communication skills (Mandarin and English) - Advance MS office software skills
