Process Engineer

- Drive and deliver continuous & quantifiable safety and efficiency improvement in the operational process of bulk gas production plants in LLH TW (ASU, N2 Generator, CO2 and HyCO technology) - Develop and track the process cost/benefit analysis, sharing of global best practices within LLH Ops. - Ensure the necessary support for process engineering activities and issues are provided to plants, ROC and business development team - Analysis and reporting of plant performance with objective to continuously identify and implement process improvements to drive productivity across the LLH TW fleet through improvements in plant safety, reliability and efficiency. - Support LLH TW all plants performance modification, review all plants aim to plants safety and reliability. ‐ Coordinate plant performance analysis, technical review, performance monitoring, looking for detailed plant process recovery, compressor performance, and optimal power usage, following plant model data ‐ Working closely with the Reliability teams to optimise and reduce CoD (cost of downtime) as provider of data analysis, events study and process trends ‐ Serve as subject matter expert for process development and standards definition by interfacing with Linde expert teams (Engineering, operations and Platform) ‐ Provide operational support to the local sites when required for major maintenance and startups events ‐ Plants performance analysis: Assist to investigate and solve issues while plants running for guiding safety and productivity. Decrease SPC via operation mode modified of plants running.
