We are humbled by the long-term relationships with our customers, earned through the packaging solutions we offer, including design, engineering, testing, manufacturing, and fulfillment of custom and stock packaging Position Overview: We are seeking a highly self-driven and disciplined Global Billing Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the accurate preparation and processing of invoices while demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in technology and computer systems is essential, as is the ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines effectively. Core Responsibilities: • Invoice Preparation: Collect and process Proofs of Delivery (PODs), reviewing and submitting invoices through various channels, including email and payment portals. • Customized Billing: Manage unique billing needs for customers requiring specific submission methods (e.g., EDI, daily/weekly reports). • Follow-Up: Monitor and follow up on invoices requiring additional action or resolution. • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes by collaborating with relevant teams. • Data Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date POD records are maintained within the system. • Reporting: Generate and analyze reports to ensure timely submission and upload of delivery and service documents. • Team Collaboration: Support the team and other departments in the accurate and efficient monthly financial closing process. • Additional Support: Provide additional assistance with other billing-related tasks as needed. Qualifications: • Experience: Proven experience as a billing clerk or in a similar general accounting role. • Confidentiality: Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to legal guidelines. • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in MS Office (especially Outlook) and familiar with software such as Sage X3. • Mathematical & Organizational Skills: Excellent math abilities and keen attention to detail. • Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams. • Self-Driven & Disciplined: Ability to manage time effectively and work independently with minimal supervision. • Education: High school diploma required; additional education or certifications are a plus.
