Job Description: Coordinate projects and enhance the overall effectiveness of cross-departmental collaboration. Responsible for project progress tracking, resource planning, risk and issue control. Plan and implement annual work goals and improvement plans for system management. Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs), policies, technical specifications and audit systems Responsible for personnel organization and functional development, training, assessment and performance management . Familiar with system analysis (SA) and system design (SD). Strong knowledge of user experience and user interface conventions and principles. Have good teamwork skills and can communicate efficiently with the PM and backend team. Demonstrate strong attention to UI/UX detail to ensure pixel-perfect implementation. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following clean architecture principles. Skills: Familiar with WEB application architecture, permission planning, function design, development/testing and maintenance knowledge. Solid knowledge on HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), RWD, React. Knowledge of designing and using RESTful APIs. Familiar with Git version control and CI/CD integration process. Familiar with front-end development tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel, ESLint, etc.)
