ABOUT THE ROLE You will be joining a company that creates positivity, community, and fitness with technology. This individual will be based in the Taipei office and report to the US based Hardware EPM Director in Product Development. You will be responsible for leading programs from prototype to launch of Connected Fitness Products. You will work closely with Product Management, Industrial Design, Engineering, Software, Quality and Operations. The ideal candidate has incredible organization skills and is able to get things done with timeliness and autonomy while building strong teams. YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON -Collaborate with leads from Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Industrial Design, Product Management, Quality, and Operations to create detailed and comprehensive program plans. -Handle key supplier relationships including but not limited to engineering suppliers, contract manufacturers, and component suppliers. -Establish a comprehensive program schedule with all dependencies and identified critical paths at each stage of the program. -Develop and manage program budgets for large projects from prototype through launch. -Maintain, track and update program level risks, mitigation plans, upcoming landmarks, and team priorities while also ensuring multi-functional alignment and agreement on those areas. -Be the primary contact for all engineering builds and activities during development at our manufacturing sites, including build plan and clear-to-build. -Ability to manage high-level executive communications for senior leadership updates and program review.

YOU BRING TO PELOTON - You are self-motivated, willing to take action, pragmatic, and intellectually curious. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related experience. - 8+ years experience with Hardware Program Management in consumer electronics, fitness equipment, appliances or automobiles. - Experience in working with Asia suppliers: ODM, CM, JDM. - Managed multiple product development cycles for a hardware complex system with cross functional dependencies. - Detailed understanding of the Product Development Process and broad understanding of the supply chain and manufacturing processes. - Leadership skills and ability to influence and inspire team members. - Excellent communicator with the ability to translate complex technical issues or ideas to a wider audience. - Able to foster and build a collaborative working relationship with various stakeholders. - Very Strong analytical, problem solving and planning skills. Well organized. - Self-motivated, action-driven and biased towards results, and has a strong sense of ownership. - Deep understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. - Experience working with program management tools such as, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheets, Google Drive. - Experience building and maintaining detailed program schedules. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin. - Willingness to travel one to two days a week to the Taichung Taiwan office and as needed for extended trips to Asia based suppliers in China, Thailand, and Vietnam.
