ACTIVITIES • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans, sales objectives and action plans to meet the set targets and to help grow TEMT’s market share in the Industrial sector. • Business Development: Identify and pursue new prospects and business opportunities, focusing on key accounts and distributors to drive revenue. • Sales Execution: Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing of sale, ensuring successful and on time product delivery and customer satisfaction. • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes and consumer needs to discover innovative growth opportunities for products and services. Monitor industry and competitor activities. • Financial Management: Forecast sales goals, manage budgets and ensure the profitability of the lubricants business within the assigned territory or area. • Cross Functional Coordination: Work closely with the different departments such as: Supply, Plant, Finance, Supply, Customer Service, Marketing and Technical to coordinate deliveries, address technical queries and to develop effective product strategies. • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, offering tailored solutions and acting as an advisor or consultant. CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT Economy: a mature lubricants market on a declining trend for some segments and a declining CAGR. Under fierce competitiveness, this position is in charge of growing IO sales businesses in a matured market. Efforts should be driven towards distributor management and business development on identified IO segments to enhance volume and improvement of unit GMVC. • Competition: 8 major international lubricants manufacturers, at least 40 other local lubricants manufacturers • Effort should be driven towards increase on customer numbers and product mix upsell of premium products to enhance volume and improve unit GMVC, in close partnership with Technical for prospect and leads conversion. ACCOUNTABILITIES • Contributes and drives to achieve TEMT IO Sales revenue growth in terms of volume and unit GMVC • To build and maintain strong customer relationships • To identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts and prices and to analyze market trends to drive growth in the industrial oil/lubricants sector • To collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs and requirements • To accurately forecast sales, prepare reports and ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED • Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business or related field • Experience: A minimum of 5 years’ experience of Commercial experience - the lubricants industry or equivalent, with a strong business background or network – distributor management or direct business. • Sales Expertise: Experiences in solution sales, business development and managing various sales channels. • Communication and Negotiation: Good verbal and written communication, negotiation and relationship building skills. • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, understand customer needs, translate technical advantages into attractive business cases and a problem solver. • Mindset: A “hunter” mentality to identify and seize new opportunities in the market, customer oriented. • Team spirit: Able to work in a team, willingness to help others and sense of organization. • Committed with a proactive attitude. • Fluent in speaking and in writing in Mandarin with a good level of English language.
