無國界醫生是一個獨立的國際醫療人道救援組織，致力為受武裝衝突、流行病與傳染病和天災影響，以及遭排拒於醫療體系以外的人群提供緊急醫療援助。無國界醫生只會基於人們的需要提供援助，不受種族、宗教、性別或政治因素左右。無國界醫生台北辦公室目前正在招募1位對無國界醫生的宗旨及國際人道事務有興趣的資深整合行銷專員加入我們的團隊。 資深整合行銷專員將主導多元募款拓展活動的規劃與執行，包含一般性募款呼籲、緊急應變募款以及社區倡議專案，並透過多種管道最大化募款成效。此職位需確保所有募款活動具備一致性與高品質，同時在傳統媒體上持續推動創新。該專員將與跨部門團隊緊密合作，在提升捐款人拓展與推動大眾參與方面，扮演關鍵角色。 主要工作內容： • 主導年度計畫中的整合行銷拓展策略與行動，確保達成募款目標。 • 規劃並執行社區拓展試辦專案，以提升品牌能見度、深化社區參與並推動捐款收入。 • 協調內外部合作夥伴，確保活動品質、時程掌握與策略一致性。 • 負責各項拓展與社區活動的預算控管與成效分析。 • 支援年度整合行銷活動及緊急應變募款呼籲的規劃與執行，提升品牌知名度與募款影響力。 • 積極參與並促進組織內部區域及國際交流合作。 Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organization that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, natural disasters and exclusion from healthcare. We have the following vacancy and are looking for a talented individual with a strong desire to contribute to humanitarian work and commit to the aims and values of MSF to join our team in Taipei. The Multichannel Senior Marketing Officer leads the development and execution of diverse fundraising acquisition campaigns—including general appeals, emergency responses, and community-based initiatives—across multiple channels to optimize donation income. This role ensures consistent and high-quality campaign delivery, while fostering innovation across traditional media formats. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, the officer plays a key role in enhancing donor acquisition and driving public engagement. Major Responsibilities • Lead the development of strategic acquisition initiatives across multiple channels to achieve the fundraising targets devised in the annual plan. • Spearhead the pilot community outreach project to enhance brand visibility, community engagement and drive donation income. • Facilitate timely and effective collaboration across internal and external partners to uphold campaign quality and strategic alignment. • Responsible for budget control and performance analysis across all acquisition and outreach campaigns. • Support the development and execution of MSF Taiwan annual Integrated campaign and emergency fundraising appeals to strengthen brand awareness and fundraising impact. • Active participate regional and international engagement and collaboration
