研發工程類-設備自動化軟體工程師 Equipment Automation Software Engineer

Qualifications • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Automation, or related field. • Proficient in C/C++ or C# software development • Familiarity with SECS/GEM protocols and SEMI standards. • Hands-on experience with equipment integration in semiconductors or related industries. • Knowledge of networking, communication protocols (TCP/IP, OPC, HTTP), and database systems (SQL, Oracle, etc.). • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment. • Good communication skills in Mandarin and English (written and spoken). Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain EAP software for equipment automation and integration. • Implement and support SEMI standards such as SECS/GEM, GEM300 and EDA (Interface A). • Collaborate with equipment engineers and customers to align automation specifications and ensure compliance. • Customize EAP solutions to meet customer automation requirements, including recipe management, job control and wafer mapping. • Conduct troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and debugging of communication and integration issues. • Provide technical documentation, training, and support for internal teams and external customers.
