We are looking for a talented assistant integrated marketing manager to be based in Taipei who will take full responsibility of marketing campaign, supplier co-op marketing, leads generation and sales enablement in Taiwan. Our ideal candidate is a creative marketing professional. You will be responsible for various campaigns in Taiwan to deliver world class marketing experience, aligned to the business strategy as part of the integrated customer decision journey whilst delivering robust ROI, driving full pre-during-post activity at a strategic level and in complex, multi-language, multi-cultural environment. In this role, you will work closely with the Taiwan Sales head, supplier marketing head and our digital marketing team. Managing agency relationships in region and deploying resources for your region as required, is also part of your role. Ultimately, you should be able to expand our company's footprint and brand awareness. Responsibilities: 1. Support business development in Taiwan region. 2. Plan and organize integrated marketing campaigns for business units including apply various paid media promotion, social media tactics in creating brand awareness and generating inbound traffic that strengthens company’s presence. 3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, and/or suppliers to effectively define, develop and execute marketing strategies. 4. Monitor and ensure the marketing campaign is implemented effectively, consistently, and tied with the established guidelines and budgets. 5. Organize and execute regional corporate/ marketing events across Taiwan; Explore more partnership opportunities with external vertical, commerce players. Identifies and cultivates key relationships with applicable influencers. 6. Negotiates with suppliers to obtain Marketing Development Funds (MDF) for assigned brand and manages MDF budgets to maximize Return on Investment (ROI). 7. Spot new marketing opportunities for company and carry out marketing initiatives. 8. Other duties as assigned.
