IMC Communication & Media Plan Support ◆ Prepare communication briefs and supervise agencies to deliver projects on time with high quality. ◆ Support IMC implementation via own digital ecosystem, including PK App, LINE, CRM, and online ordering journey. ◆ Explore opportunities through digital CRM touchpoints to improve consumer engagement and retention. ◆ Ensure strong time and project management across initiatives. 4. Routine Maintenance & Ad-hoc Support ◆ Conduct sales performance review to assess campaign and product impact. ◆ Manage ad hoc research (e.g., callback setup, result summary, triangle test). ◆ Provide operational support for both routine and urgent marketing needs.

Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills. 6. Fluent in business English writing and communication. 7.
