As we continue to expand beBit TECH reach and impact, we're looking for a Product Marketing & Communications Specialist who embodies a passion for growth in the Marketing Communications (MarCom) team. ▎Roles and Responsibilities 1. Create marketing content for new product launches and customer success stories, including blog posts, ebooks, and case studies, with support for JP and SEA markets through localized product marketing materials and regular collaboration with regional teams. 2. Draft and distribute press releases and social media posts, maintain media relations, and coordinate advertorials and media interviews. 3. Plan and manage lead generation campaigns, including Meta Ads and content-driven acquisition programs. 4. Execute nurturing campaigns, including bi-weekly EDMs with product updates, customer activities, and educational content. 5. Maintain and optimize the company website, including CTA improvements and new feature page development. 6. Conduct market and competitive research, benchmark against competitors, analyze customer needs and adoption/retention, and provide insights for product positioning and improvements. 7. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and CS teams, and support external events (online/offline) through promotion and content follow-up. ▎Requirements 1. Strong passion for content creation and exceptional storytelling abilities, with a deep understanding of what messaging and content formats will resonate with target customers and drive market interest. 2. Meticulous attention to detail in all written communications and content creation 3. Excellent internal and external communication skills, with the ability to lead collaborative negotiations and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. 4. Enthusiasm for PR work and external brand image management, with strategic thinking about public-facing positioning 5. Previous experience in Martech / SaaS product marketing and content marketing, with a portfolio of marketing copy and content work. 6. Experience conducting customer interviews and gathering market insights. 7.
