Device Technical Manager

•8+ yrs experience in Semiconductor industry as a process/device engineer including 6+ yrs. experience in BCD device engineer. •Experience and deep understanding of BCD process technology and LDMOS device physics is a must for this position. •Able to handle projects and strategic activities independently and execute them successfully. •Well hands-on EDA tool such as layout edit/view and TCAD simulation. If well known as R3D, that would be plus. •Familiar with ESD protection would be plus •Familiar with power management IC product topology would be plus. •Good written and verbal communication skills along with well-developed interpersonal and influencing skills
