職缺說明｜About the Role 我們正在尋找一位具備幕牆或營建工程現場管理經驗的「工程部經理」，帶領我們的工務團隊，並推動現場管理制度的提升。 We are looking for an experienced Engineering Department Manager to lead our site operations and elevate project execution standards. 您將負責整合公司所有工程案場的進度控制、品質管理與人員協調，成為設計部、採購部、工廠與現場之間的核心橋樑。 You will coordinate scheduling, quality control, and manpower across all projects, and serve as a key bridge between design, procurement, fabrication, and construction. 這個職位不只是管理案場，更是公司工程管理轉型中的領導者。 This role is not only about managing sites, but also about leading our transformation in engineering governance. ----------------------------------------- 主要工作內容｜What You’ll Do 領導工程部門（工務／工程師／現場人員）並確保團隊穩定運作 Lead the engineering team, including site engineers and coordinators, ensuring effective execution 統籌各案場的進度、品質、安全、工班與材料安排 Oversee scheduling, quality, safety, labor, and material logistics for multiple projects 協調設計、採購與工廠部門，整合現場需求與施工時程 Coordinate with design, procurement, and factory teams to align field execution 追蹤專案進度與成本控制，提供高層決策支援報表 Monitor project performance and provide timely reporting to management 建立與優化工務標準作業流程（SOP）與技術管理制度 Develop and implement engineering SOPs and field management systems 協助新進工程人員訓練、制度導入與團隊文化建構 Mentor junior engineers and support team onboarding and training 協助業主、設計單位、監造單位進行技術溝通與現場會議 Represent the company in technical coordination meetings with clients and consultants ----------------------------------------- 我們希望你是這樣的人｜Who You Are 熟悉幕牆或金屬外牆工程現場流程、安裝邏輯與品質標準 Experienced in curtain wall or façade installation workflows and QC 能夠整合資訊、領導現場、處理工務複雜問題 Skilled at leading field teams and solving on-site challenges 懂得人員帶領與制度建立，對現場管理有責任感與熱情 Confident in team leadership and process improvement 能與不同部門協作並推動工作落地 Collaborative across functions with strong execution drive ----------------------------------------- 必要條件｜Required Skills 至少5年以上帷幕牆／營建／金屬工程相關經驗，3年以上團隊管理經驗 5+ years in facade/construction projects, with 3+ years in a leadership role 熟悉AutoCAD、施工圖、材料與安裝系統邏輯 Proficient in interpreting shop drawings, material specs, and installation sequences 具備工程排程管理能力（MS Project／Excel／甘特圖排程） Familiar with scheduling tools (MS Project, Excel, or similar) 能撰寫技術會議紀錄、工作報表與進度控管資料 Able to generate technical reports, meeting minutes, and progress updates 大學以上理工背景（土木、建築、營建、機械等相關系所） Bachelor's degree or above in engineering-related fields (civil, architecture, etc.)
