This role will be responsible for two brands: mass haircare (魅尚萱) and mass makeup (ETUDE). The key sales channels include MBS (Multi-Brand Shop, such as Watsons, Cosmed, POYA), hyper mall(Carrefour, A.mart, PX Mart, etc.), and e-commerce platforms. As the key person driving both new product launches (NPL) and trade marketing strategies, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including MBS, EC, Supply Chain, and VMD, ensuring seamless execution and impactful results. Principal Responsibilities • Manage product performance with a focus on both sales growth and profitability. • Lead new product launch preparation, including product briefs, training materials, and labeling. • Develop effective full-year consumer promotion programs across omni-channels. • Create and implement impactful sell-in and sell-out promotional activities for the sales team, including managing customer-requested POSM, banners, and other materials. • Collaborate closely with the sales team to forecast market demand, ensuring accuracy within company targets. • Collect and analyze competitors’ promotional activities, providing insights and recommendations to management. • Work with the SCM team to monitor inventory levels and optimize stock turnover days. Key Experience and Skills • Strong communication and coordination skills. • Ability to multitask with excellent organizational and time management abilities. • Positive, adaptable, creative, and commercially minded. • Strong numerical sensitivity and analytical skills. • A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills. • Prior experience in the makeup or FMCG industry is preferred. • Fluency in Korean is a plus.
