Requirements : ✔️ 3-5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or B2B business development. ✔️ Proven track record of closing mid- to large-scale corporate deals ✔️ Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior HR, admin, and executive-level stakeholders. ✔️ Structured, strategic thinker with solid proposal writing and negotiation skills ✔️ Self-driven and target-oriented, capable of working with long sales cycles ✔️ Fluent in Mandarin; able to handle internal communication or deck reviews in English ✔️ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving. Nice to have : ✔️ Relevant experience in industries such as HR-tech, SaaS, F&B services, or corporate welfare, ideally within a B2B sales or client-facing function. ✔️ Familiar with procurement and internal approval processes in large corporations ✔️ Comfortable with outbound lead generation, industry mapping, and cold outreach ✔️ Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce) and Excel for pipeline and revenue tracking
