The Role: Are you ready to join a team involved with designing exciting products for a great company? Logitech is now looking for a Senior Engineering Data Scientist to join the team in Hsinchu, Taiwan. During your programing period, you will: • Lead and execute innovation projects. • DoE (Design of Experiment) planning, data analysis, system modeling, to support technical studies, project development, and potential applications on products. • Introduce project concept and present project results. • Strengthen Logitech CMF+ME engineering science. In this role you will: • Conduct innovation ideas for Logitech, lead and/or support CMF technology projects to enable products and our customer diversity, inclusivity, sustainability and customization • Partner with multi-function groups, analysis and synthesis with system modeling logical thinking. • Comes up with proposals and solutions for enhancing engineering science.

Key Qualifications: For consideration, you must bring the following skills and behaviors to our team: • Technical competence o Data collection and analysis via system modeling logical thinking. Synthesize and present data and ideas logically. o Familiar with data science and experiences in physics, machine learning, machine vision… o With experience of AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) on image processing, system building, or algorithm writing. • Personal competence o Fluent English (reading, speaking and writing). o Good communication skills as the data and scientific consultant. o Attentive to details and flexible in a fast-moving environment. o Being able to work efficiently in a global and multi-cultural team. o Willing to travel. o Able to work with overseas suppliers. • Education o Master’s degree, equivalent or above o Training in one of the following specialties or related fields: physics, math, computer science, statistics • Experience (minimum) o 3-year research experience or above o 3-year engineering/computer science related
