The Licensing Manager will report to the Director of Licensing and will develop sales strategies and techniques to reach potential clients and create business opportunities for the company, ultimately converting these leads into commercial transactions. The candidate will also be responsible for customer service and building strong relationships to set sales targets. Job Responsibilities: - Execute all sales planning and reporting functions, including channel development, gap analysis, forecasting, and re-forecasting. - Manage the annual operating plan and quarterly forecasting process, setting goals and strategies for licensees, and collaborating with marketing, consumer groups, teams, product development, and finance departments to drive business growth. - Actively manage and cultivate relationships with local partners. - Negotiate contracts for specific clients and keep all key stakeholders informed in a timely manner. - Work closely with the creative team on product development and collaborate with the marketing team to support product sales. - Execute new business development proposals and conduct research projects, focusing on identifying scalable business opportunities.

(固定或變動薪資因個人資歷或績效而異)Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. - Over 5 years of experience in the consumer goods industry. - Preference for candidates with a background in brand building and retail marketing. - Experience in building effective relationships, leading and managing change, and cross-department collaboration to achieve financial and shared goals. - Proven success in enhancing team performance. - Ability to maintain resilience and flexibility in a changing environment. - Proficient in computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe. - Keen insight into digital marketing, social media, and physical retail marketing. - Strong business and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to solve problems and drive innovation. - Excellent planning and organizational skills. - Fluency in English and the local language is preferable; Chinese language skill is advantageous.
