Job Summary A Cloud Solution Architect is responsible for designing cloud architectures, providing solution consulting, supporting pre-sales, delivering projects, and optimizing operations. You will work with operations teams, customers, and partners to understand requirements, design solutions, and ensure performance and stability. You will also promote best practices in security, monitoring, and DevOps automation to improve system reliability and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Pre-Sales Technical Consultation & Customer Support • Analyze customer requirements and provide technical solutions. • Prepare technical presentations, show solution demos, respond to RFI/RFPs, and run PoC tests to confirm feasibility and match business needs. • Responsible for supporting TG’s online gaming business. 2. Cloud Architecture Design & Implementation • Proficient in public cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) or hybrid cloud (Hybrid Cloud) solutions. • Design and manage cloud infrastructure, including compute, storage, network, and security. • Implement cloud security setups, including Zero Trust access control, WAF, and DDoS protection. 3. SRE/DevOps Monitoring & Performance Optimization • Skilled in container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/GKE/AKS), with hands-on experience in setting up and maintaining Kubernetes clusters. • Strong in SLO/SLA monitoring and incident response. Experienced with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, and New Relic for performance monitoring, anomaly detection, distributed tracing, and root cause analysis. Able to provide fixes and optimization plans to ensure high availability and system stability. Key Requirements: Education & Experience • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture design, operations, or pre-sales for public cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). Technical Proficiency • Proficient in cloud architecture design and operations, including compute, storage, networking, and security. • Familiar with CDN, Load Balancer, DDoS Protection, and other cloud acceleration and security technologies. • Proficient in Python or at least one Infrastructure as Code (IaC) language (e.g., Golang, Node.js), able to create automation tools, cloud scripts, CI/CD pipelines, or monitoring metrics exports. • Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts into actionable solutions for customers. • Experience in PoC planning, execution, and RFI/RFP technical documentation. Nice-to-have: • Proven hands-on experience in multi-cloud defense, including practical implementation of Anti-DDoS and CC attack mitigation strategies. • 5+ years of experience in multi-cloud and hybrid cloud management & migration (Multi-Cloud, Hybrid Cloud). • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI). • DevSecOps experience, with knowledge in Cloud Security, Zero Trust, SIEM, SOAR. • Experience in Application Performance Monitoring (APM) and distributed tracing, using tools such as Datadog, New Relic, Dynatrace, Jaeger, Zipkin, and capable of SLO/SLA monitoring, anomaly detection, traffic analysis, performance bottleneck profiling, and system optimization. • Holds AWS Certified Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Cloud Architect, or Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification.
