We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support corporate governance and legal administration for Vena Energy. This role will be responsible for legal entity management, statutory filings, board/shareholder meeting coordination, investment structuring documentation, foreign investment approvals, and KYC coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate records, timely compliance, and effective communication with authorities and external advisors. ▸ Key Responsibilities ◂ .Maintain corporate registers and records. .Prepare and submit statutory filings with MOEA and other authorities. .Manage and organize corporate documentation with version control. .Coordinate board and shareholder meetings, including logistics and approvals. .Support corporate governance cycles and ensure process compliance. .Assist with documentation and coordination for inbound/outbound investments. .Prepare and manage applications for foreign investment approvals. .Respond to KYC requests from banks and project lenders. .Maintain digital and physical filing systems, trackers, and databases. .Support the preparation of PowerPoint and structural materials for group entities. .Liaise with law firms, government agencies, and service providers. .Ensure cost and timeline adherence in external engagements. .Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors. ▸ We’re Looking For ◂ .1–3 years of experience in corporate secretarial support, legal administration, or compliance .Familiar with Taiwan corporate governance and MOEA requirements .Can draft board/shareholder resolutions, meeting minutes, and statutory filings .Communicates fluently in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken) .Pays strong attention to detail and maintains high accuracy in documentation .Manages time effectively and can handle multiple deadlines .Works independently with discretion, while also being a collaborative team player .Demonstrates professionalism and respects confidentiality .Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management tools
