Role Overview: The Plant Manager is fully responsible for overall site operations, ensuring that manufacturing, quality, supply chain, cost management, and people development meet corporate strategic objectives. This role drives operational excellence, builds organizational capability, and ensures long-term business growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategy & Planning – Develop and execute multi-year site plans aligned with corporate growth strategy. 2. Operations Management – Oversee end-to-end production to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets. 3. Quality & Customer Focus – Promote a culture of continuous quality improvement and ensure customer satisfaction that exceeds market standards. 4. Cost & Continuous Improvement – Lead lean initiatives and cost-reduction projects to improve efficiency and meet annual savings goals. 5. Supply Chain Management – Ensure on-time, cost-effective material supply and continuously optimize supplier performance. 6. People & Organization Development – Lead talent acquisition, development, and performance management to build a high-performing workforce. 7. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Strengthen collaboration with R&D, sales, and customer service to enhance site performance. 8. Financial & Compliance Management – Manage site P&L, control expenditures, and ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulations. 9. Global Coordination – Collaborate with other plant leaders to build an integrated global operations system.
