Job Responsibilities|工作內容: • Develop and implement quality control procedures across incoming, in-process, and outgoing stages 建立並執行進料、製程與出貨階段的品質管制流程 • Conduct root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues 針對品質異常進行原因分析並執行矯正與預防措施(CAPA) • Monitor and improve yield, defect rates, and customer satisfaction metrics 監控並改善良率、不良率與客戶滿意度指標 • Lead internal and external audits (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, customer audits) 主導內部與外部稽核(如ISO 9001、IATF 16949、客戶稽核) • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns and support NPI (New Product Introduction) 與跨部門合作解決品質問題並支援新產品導入 • Maintain and analyze quality data, including SPC, FMEA, and control charts 維護並分析品質數據,如統計製程管制(SPC)、失效模式分析(FMEA)、管制圖等 • Handle customer complaints and coordinate 8D reports or RMA processes 處理客訴並協調8D報告或退貨(RMA)流程

(固定或變動薪資因個人資歷或績效而異)Qualifications|資格條件: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field 工程、品質管理或相關科系學士學位 • 2+ years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in electronics or manufacturing 具備2年以上品質工程經驗,有電子或製造業背景者佳 • Familiarity with ISO standards, quality tools (e.g., 8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA) 熟悉ISO標準與品質工具(如8D、FMEA、SPC、MSA) • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail 具備良好分析能力與細心度 • Basic English proficiency for technical documentation and customer communication 具備基本英文能力以處理技術文件與客戶溝通
