Job Responsibilities｜工作內容： • Supervise daily SMT production line operations, ensuring output meets quality and efficiency targets 管理SMT生產線日常運作，確保產出達成品質與效率目標 • Lead and coordinate operators, technicians, and line leaders to maintain smooth workflow 領導並協調操作員、技術員與線長，維持生產流程順暢 • Monitor equipment status and coordinate with maintenance teams for timely troubleshooting 監控設備狀況，並與維修團隊合作進行即時排修 • Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety protocols, and ESD control procedures 確保作業符合標準作業程序、安全規範與靜電防護流程 • Support production planning, line balancing, and shift handovers 協助生產排程、產線平衡與班次交接作業 • Report production performance, yield, and downtime to supervisors or engineers 回報生產績效、良率與停機時間予主管或工程師 • Assist in training new operators and enforcing discipline and attendance policies 協助新人訓練並執行紀律與出勤管理
