工作內容

Job Responsibilities｜工作內容： • Operate and monitor camera module assembly and testing equipment during EVT, DVT, PVT, and MP stages 操作並監控相機模組組裝與測試設備，涵蓋EVT、DVT、PVT與MP各階段 • Perform optical alignment, focus calibration, and image quality verification using automated tools 使用自動化工具進行光學對位、焦距校正與影像品質驗證 • Support pilot builds and engineering validation runs with precise process execution and data logging 支援試產與工程驗證階段，精準執行製程並記錄測試數據 • Conduct functional tests (e.g., sharpness, color accuracy, distortion, sensor response) and report anomalies 執行功能性測試（如清晰度、色彩準確度、變形、感測器反應）並回報異常 • Collaborate with process, quality, and R&D teams to troubleshoot and optimize camera performance 與製程、品質與研發團隊合作，排除問題並優化相機性能 • Maintain equipment calibration, cleanliness, and ESD safety in the camera testing area 維護設備校正、工作區清潔與靜電防護安全 • Assist in preparing golden samples, test jigs, and validation reports for each build phase 協助準備標準樣品、測試治具與各階段驗證報告

Qualifications｜資格條件： • Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in Optics, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field 光學、電子、機電或相關科系技術學歷或學士學位 • 1–3 years of experience in camera module assembly, testing, or optical calibration preferred 具備1–3年相機模組組裝、測試或光學校正經驗者佳 • Familiarity with camera testing software, image analysis tools, and sensor platforms (e.g., CMOS, ISP) 熟悉相機測試軟體、影像分析工具與感測器平台（如CMOS、ISP） • Basic understanding of EVT/DVT/PVT/MP build cycles and documentation requirements 具備EVT/DVT/PVT/MP試產與量產流程及文件需求之基本認識 • Good attention to detail, data accuracy, and cross-functional communication 細心負責，具備數據準確性與跨部門溝通能力 • English reading ability for technical manuals and test protocols 具備英文閱讀能力以理解技術手冊與測試規範 • Location: New Taipei City (camera module production site) 地點：新北市（相機模組生產廠區） Compensation & Benefits｜薪資與福利： • • Benefits include labor/health insurance, annual bonus, paid leave, and technical training 福利包含勞健保、、特休制度與技術培訓
